My local event (Somerville, MA) is on Sunday. I'm a compete newbie (beyond fridge pickles, that is) so I'm excited to get some hands-on learning time with people who know what they're doing. The "menu" is going to be a surprise, but I think we're doing pickles, tomatoes, jam, and some lacto-fermentation in the form of sauerkraut. It's going to be so much fun! I can’t wait!
